Barb discovered her poetry at age 9 when she wrote a song for a school play, thereafter she enjoyed as a teenager writing for various magazines and papers, one was the Houston press long faded into obscurity, she wrote for progressive farmer, and a card company or two selling her verses. She writes a column in the southern Utah news weekly featuring seasonal, cowboy, western, desert and occasion poems. she has always enjoyed writing and has written many custom verses of humor, wit, whimsy and others offering an infinite variety  of talent and verse ...satisfaction guaranteed,,
